No. In keeping with FM's book paradigm, an FM file is intended to be a chapter/section. For each file, you decide whether it starts on a right, left, or next available page. I suspect it would be quite difficult to program the application to flow text across chapter files without treating each as a discreet entity. And I don't see the point. If you want a section of text to follow the preceding section without a page break, just add it to that chapter file. Or, if that section of text is something you want to include in multiple places, put it in a file by itself and then import it (by reference) as a text inset into the chapter files where you want it to appear.
