Hi Anita, There is a dedicated toolbar for Track Text Edits feature. To view the toolbar, go to View>Toolbars>Track Text Edits. You may move this toolbar over to the document area to help you easily walk through the document.

It's no problem when I make changes, but when it comes time to accept or reject changes, it looks like I have to go to the menu bar every time I want to look for the next change, then accept or reject it. I don't want to blindly accept all changes. Is there a way to keep a dialog box open, like Word does, so I can easily walk through the document? Anita
