Alison, I have been working on a similar problem, so at least you are not alone. Yesterday, I was struggling with creating a PDF (I use “print to PDF”). After troubleshooting an hour, I restarted my computer and went home, hoping when I came back in the morning the restart might have fixed something.
Wrong, I’ve been troubleshooting off and on all day. So frustrating. It’s not recognizing my fonts for some reason. And then, when I open a PDF, the PDF window goes way up above my screen and I can’t get to the menu, so I have to drag it from the side to shrink it down. And then, I finally got it to recognize my fonts and now it’s cutting off one of my photos. I’m so frustrated!
