You can convert using 2 methods:
map xref format in RH via File > Project Settings > FrameMaker Document > Edit 
> Cross Reference. Your xref should be set to <paratext>, not [Source].
manually modify the cross-ref format by creating a conversion template and 
applying it in RH via File > Project Settings >  Apply Conversion Template
Which are you using? Have you tried the other?
