I’ve escalated this issue, and have been told that Adobe IT is looking into the problem. A further update when I have more information on this. I found forum posts about a similar issue with an Adobe e-mail alias for a different product, but that problem had reportedly been resolved at some point. is Adobe experiencing problems with their e-mail servers? or are these aliases being retired? thanks, Suzanne
