This is for FM10, but FM11 works the same way, I think. (I don't have FM11 on this machine, but I have downloaded that PDF.)
>From the FrameMaker menu choose Help > Help Topics. After the Help opens in your browser, click on View Help PDF (over on the right at the top). This will download the current help PDF. This is a great user manual. You can do the same for all your Adobe products.
