If you're referring to graphics "with callouts" that were created in Frame, you're tight, I don't think MIF2go nor any other export program supports a clean conversion of them. You're basically asking for a program that can grab a jpg, gif, or whatever and merge that with another program's overlay based on page geometry.... I don't think any are up to that.
