Rick, Take a look at Norton Ghost (http://www.symantec.com/norton/ghost). The IT group at my last employer used it and I have used it with complete success.

Having just survived a hard drive meltdown, with the loss of some data, I am looking for recommendations for backup software. I normally back up my data, but it is still a pain to reinstall all of my programs and set things up after a disaster. Is there a way to make a disk image that can be used so that the OS, applications, etc. can be restored? This may be asking too much, but it would be nice to be able to restore everything, including the OS, after a hardware failure. Any advice and recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
