I had that problem a few months ago. Check the directory where the files are kept. Delete all of the lock files. Before viewing all of the conditions, update your book. Delete any lock (*.lck) files, than view the conditions. That worked for me.

My only alternative is to send the corrupted file to a co-worker, have them open the file and then save it with all conditions showing. (MIF wash does not help). Any other ideas? And yes, I've installed the Windows Hotfix - my IT fellow is at a loss too.
