I too use Clickbook (http://www.bluesquirrel.com/products/clickbook/ ), but a caveat is that it cannot handle EPS graphics properly -- you only get the low-res preview. Clickbook can be set up to work with physical printers (those with and without automatic duplexing) and with Acrobat/Distiller.
