"Color Definition / Print Setting... is inconsistent" error

Hello Listers,

Any ideas how I can overcome the following error? 
?
"Color Definition / Print Setting... is inconsistent.."
?
I know it can be ignored but this becomes a hindrance if I use a script to 
convert the FM files to pdf. 
?
Tried all possible suggestions available on the net but so far nothing helped 
me resolve the same.
?
Help/suggestions/workaround appreciated.
