training session (with discounted rates for all attendees!) on RoboHelp
Essentials in Calgary. Neil Perlin, who presented at New Heights two years
ago, is the instructor.

Delivery: 
Bring your laptop so you can get hands-on training with RoboHelp in an
instructor-led, classroom style setup. (Don't forget to bring your power
cord.) Specifically, you'll need a laptop (and power cord) set up according
to instructions you'll receive a few days before the workshop. Basically, if
you're running RoboHelp 8 now, you're configured.

Prerequesites:
A basic familiarity with Windows and your word-processor (FrameMaker or
Word). Some familiarity with RoboHelp and HTML or XML is helpful but NOT
REQUIRED.
Materials: 

Participants receive reference materials related to course topics. Follow up
support by email, on topics covered, is available to participants for 90
days (4 hour limit).
