Thanks Andy. I think looking for the MFTR docs and cribbing screenshots is probably the best way to go. I did that with VMWare ESXi which installs in a DOS/BIOS type atmosphere. I found a PowerPoint presentation on VMWare's website which had beautiful screen captures. I cribbed most of them!
