Folks We are putting together our latest 2000+-page catalog with Frame 9.0. We use .tif images imported into our templates.
In a small section I discovered images were importing as small thumbnails - 4 across and 4 down -- into an anchored frame. I opened the image in photoshop CS5 and it looked fine, saved as .tif, 8 bit, no additional channels, cmyk. No compression, byte order Macintosh. Just as I need them to be. But then I discovered this batch was saved with a pixel order of per channel (RRGGBB) instead of interleaved (RGBRGB). When I resaved the image like normal using interleaved pixel order, frame imported the image and displayed it correctly. I've never seen this before and thought I would share.
