It gives you pretty much complete control over keyboard shortcuts, including letting you map paragraph and character styles to whatever keyboard shortcuts you like. I've used it to map my basic styles so they use the same keyboard shortcuts I use in Word (for example CTRL+ALT+B for BodyText, CTRL+ALT+L for ListBullet). If you use FrameScript, it might be a solution for you. Honestly, there are enough cheap add-ins and free FrameScripts out there to justify the cost, even if you don't plan to program in it.
