Hi Framers: I have taken to watching FM9 crash using task manager and winternals. What struck me is that no matter what load was put on FM9, it never used more than 25% of the CPU. It hovered at 24.9 but never above. Does that means only one of the four processors is being accessed. All coprocessors are working... Added to this disturbing reading (and maybe I have misunderstood how quads work) Windows 7 reports on running the compatibility add-on that FM is "INCOMPATIBLE" with windows 7. It tries to run it under the XP shell, but that makes FM very slow. My feeling is that FM9 was designed for Vista and nobody bothered to fix it after windows 7 was introduced. The last patch was two years ago. I know there are a lot of people out there who have the same issues. Plus, there are some shocking reviews.
