Thanks but that was for Confluence 3.x wiki markup rather than 4.x XHTML, and as you can see from the comments at the bottom of the page the project was abandoned without achieving its goal.
I'm pretty sure I've found everything there is online regarding FrameMaker and Confluence migration / integration. My main point in posting this here was to see if enough people were interested that it would be worth starting a forum / mailing list.
