Hi Fred,

I think this is because of permission to files(System DLL) used by
FrameMaker to launch, failing which it thoruws the error.

Can you please check the permissions for your user account on the same--
C:/Windows/System32/.
I found an article on a website --

You can take the Help of IT, for getting it checked and applying the steps.
