It turns out you all had a piece of the ultimate solution. For some, still unknown reason, the crash appears to be linked to the images in that 89th document where the crash occurred. That FM wouldn't even publish on its own until I removed the pictures.
They were all PNG format so...I just put them back in, a few at a time, and recompiling. It never crashed again so...something about the link itself, maybe. Anyway, It's compiling successfully now.
