When I Save As PDF in Frame, the resulting PDF bookmarks are all lowercase. This is because we typed in them in Frame in lowercase, since we wanted to display them in Small Caps. Is there a way to override this and set the PDF bookmarks to Title case regardless of in which case they were originally typed?
