We store the files we work with on a server on the local network. We had this problem repeatedly when antivirus software that snooped on all network communication to and from our PCs interfered.

working in Frame for an hour after I have just logged in, suddenly, the screen
deteriorates and doesn't shut down, but eventually freezes. I close completely
out of Framemaker and reopen and it's doing it again. The screen looks every
bizarre with text missing and doubling of text, etc.

Does anyone know what is going on? I had this problem with Frame 15, but not as
much, and I could resolve it by just shutting Frame down and either rebooting
or reopening Frame. This is happening repeatedly making it hard to get anything
done.
