That's what I'm doing now: File > Print Book and select "Adobe PDF" as the output device. What I don't know is whether those PDFs can differ greatly from the PDFs produced through Publish. In prior versions of Frame, depending on what your content was, there could be a difference in output between printing and saving PDFs, from font handling to image treatment.
