We are converting years of traditional FM-to-PDF books guides to online guides in Confluence that take better advantage of interlinked parent-child page hierarchies and the easy-update capabilities of Confluence. Incidentally, for those readers who still prefer PDF books, we are also including in the initial Confluence title page a link to a supplemental PDF-export produced by Confluence (not highly impressive) tweaked a bit in Acrobat to look more presentable. It is not a fool-proof process (as Mif2Go is out of date as well since Jeremy Griffith's passing!), but as soon as the conversions are completed, my company is unfortunately planning to move away from FrameMaker.
