Yes, Craig, you are right,

C:\Users\klaus\AppData\LocalLow\Adobe\Linguistics\UserDictionaries\FMUserDictionary\a
ll\added.txt
collects learned words from all languages and all FM versions (12 upwards) i
have
installed. Although there are subdirectories for all languages FM supports,
they stay
empty, since all learned words are collected in 'language' all.
These files however are not used for the thesaurus, but for hyphenation and
spell
checking.
C:\Users\klaus\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Linguistics\... obviously contain
dictionaries of
older (<=11) FM versions. Therein I find only the languages all, brt, eng, grm
and
sgr.
Thesauri are only found in the linguistic dictionaries of the FM-installation,
for
example:
...\AdobeFrameMaker2015\fminit\Linguistics\7.0\Providers\Proximity\11.00\brt55.ths
 or
...\Adobe FrameMaker
2019\fminit\Linguistics\7.0\Providers\Proximity\11.00\brt55.ths
Which btw have the exactly same length, just another date...

So the question remains: why can FM-15 not find the thesaurus for English? (and
some
other languages).
