I wouldn't bother looking at WebWorks if RoboHelp's output is acceptable. At my last job we switched because RoboHelp output looked lousy and there was browser-specific bugs Adobe didn't fix, but that was RH9 ten years ago.
WebWorks' HTML output looked much better and seemed bug-free. It was also much easier to manage the source in Subversion.
