I've been using the FRAME > PDF > WORD option a lot lately (50-150 page docs) so the engineers can do their editing and commenting in the Word doc.
But I always preface my explanation to them with the caveat... "this creates an incredibly ugly Word file". If you do the test run on 20 pages or so (pick complex pages) and do a truly honest quote, I can't imagine why the client would want to continue.
