Description
Experienced users discovered that changes done for "Context sensitive
toolbars are now closed temporarily" can lead to disturbing visible
form toolbars. To fix this problem user experience decided to change
the function of "View - Toolbars". All toolbars closed via "View /
Toolbars" menu are now closed permanently. That's in contrast to the
closer of a context sensitive toolbar, where it's only closed temporary.
