Peter: Assuming the exciter lamp is OK... there's nothing in the audio circuit of a Pageant that's anything special. Anyone who can repair old audio gear should be able to fix it. (The rare expertise needed to keep 16mm projectors going is about the mechanical workings.)
I doubt there are the sort of storefront electronics service companies these days there used to be, e.g. associated with retailers or manufacturers. I'd guess you're more likely looking for individuals with a home business, who might advertise on craigslist, or have a listing on a vintage audio/electronics enthusiasts web forum.
