I like a place called Drive Savers, I've used them on a few projects for
very important footage, they are able to rescue data 99% of the time and
the one time they couldn't they kindly sent it back to me with no charge.
If your data is important to you it's worth hiring an expert, in my opinion.

On a side note, I was on a project once where 3 days footage was
inadvertently wiped, Data Rescue did the trick, San Disk was also giving
out a free trial on recovery software that's worked everytime on CFs and
SDs.
