Moira, You can use MPEG Streamclip to change the aspect ratio and/or cropping on each of the files. Open the program, select "export to quicktime" and then select the appropriate settings so you can make all of the files either 16:9 or 4:3. The default settings will allow you to easily make a 4:3 anamorphic into an 16:9 full screen file or a 4:3 letterbox into a 16:9 full screen movie. Be sure to preview each file before executing.
