Better solution: buy a Digital-8 camcorder (has to be a higher model number)
that can play back 8mm and Hi-8 tapes via FireWire. These apparently give
better results than any analog decks, according to tests by Wilson Chao, who
had to do this for some broadcast stuff a while back.
