I would just add that Bill's book, LIGHT MOVING IN TIME, should be added to the list. Not all of it deals specifically with the question you're pursuing, Esperanza, but some sections do - and all of it is fascinating, especially the interrogation of the camera/eye metaphor. Best, Jonathan
