Thank you for the suggestions..

With groups of women I mean in crime. Let´s say a police office where the boss
and half of the crew are women -

not quite half, but: US TV series: The Closer (still in syndication), and
continued as Major Crimes (still on the air)

Female boss: The Shield (Glenn Close pushing guys around)
and also her delightful villainess in Damages

or a group of female thieves working together.

Arguably: Born in Flames, by Lizzie Borden

I am interested in alternatives to the standard and classic structures of women
as victims (even if they are the ones committing the murder,…)

Well, Kill Bill 1 & 2--the victim part goes by the wayside pretty fast

or of male/female relationships,..

And are there any suggestions for female detectives?!

Nancy Drew

A simple search on IMDb for "female detective" produces 334 film titles

"female gang leader" produces 34 titles

"female gunfighter" 180

And always female directors!

November by Hito Steyerl is a great reference! Thank you!!
