Forget to say the son of one of the (bankrupt) partners was the only person present in the whole facility as it was vacated, he was a die hard Punk who wore the standard issue punk look (very dated by 1988) even wearing shades indoors... The guy looked like one of those Blade Runner extras, very tall and pale. At least he was a nice person, but must people who showed up to pick up material freaked out when they saw him.
