For Eiki, you might try Urbanski. The following is a list of Eiki service
providers. I've used a few of them,
perhaps others on this listserv can chime in if they feel strongly about
one vendor over another.

Hokushin will be tough due to parts availability. Rangertone was the last
service center, and they've been
gone for some time. No idea where those parts ended up. Great projectors,
maybe even a tad better than Eiki
but don't know many people servicing them. You could ask RFS near Montreal.
Super 8 Reversal Lab in The
Hague rents three models of Hokushin xenon and might have a good source for
parts/service. You could also
post your question to the collector's list run by Urbanski -
16mmfilmtalk.com.
