Albert, I believe Ian Hugo's films had electronic soundtracks that predate many of the examples discussed here. Louis and Bebe Barron (who, with Forbidden Planet, gave commercial cinema its first electronic score) composed the sound for Bells of Atlantis (1953) but many of his later films (ex. Levitation) had electronic scores by David Horowitz.
