Hi Pablo, It might interest you to know that there’s a new group of film-related people in Germany: http://www.hvcinephilie.de who are basically working towards developing a greater dynamic in film curation, criticism, festival programming, public film funds, etc...
Sarah Adam is someone that comes to mind, she leads the experimental section of the Hamburg Short Film Festival and is involved with other festivals and institutions.
