Hi ken, I have a lot of experience writing grants. Most recently I wrote a grant for the New York Council on the Arts to create a 16mm silhouette film about the anti-rent "Indians" in upstate New York. I've also written successful grants for the Chicago International Film Festival and other non-film related non-profits.
Can I ask if you are able to offer any pay for this project? I've lost a lot of income from the current situation and I could really use some extra income in this crisis.
