Easy Barbeque Pork
Ingredients:
One 2-lb (Farmland) lean boneless pork roast
2 cans beer at room temp
1 can Manwich sloppy joe sauce
1 large sweet onion, chopped1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
Method
In a heavy covered pot or skillet, simmer pork roast in beer till the pork
shreds easily with a fork (adding more beer, if necessary, so meat doesn't dry
out). Once pork has been shredded, drain all liquid and discard. Now add the
onions and mushrooms, cook for another 15 minutes; now add Manwich and mix
well. Makes great sandwiches!

Notes: I make this and use it for sandwiches instead of expensive lunchmeats;
this recipe is low in fat and appealing to just about everyone.
Number of servings: 6
