Cheese Carrot Casserole

2-3 lb. carrots, sliced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 cube butter or margarine
Corn flake crumbs

Boil carrots until done. Meanwhile melt butter and cheese together. Pour 
drained carrots into casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over. Cover top of 
carrots with corn flake crumbs. Dot with butter. Place uncovered in 350 degree 
oven and heat through until bubbly.
