Volcano Bread
1 round of rye, scooped out

Filling:
8 ounces of sour cream
one 1 ounce package of Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 cup of mayonnaise
one 4 ounce can of sliced water chestnuts
10 ounces of chopped, frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
one 4 ounce can of mushrooms, sliced
6 ounces of Cheddar cheese, shredded
Mix all together and refrigerate 2 - 4 hours. Put in bread. Serve with crackers 
or rye bread cubes.
