Ranch-Style Chili
 
1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Chili Seasoning Mix
½ cup water
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
 
Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain off excess drippings.  Stir in chili 
Seasoning Mix, water, tomatoes, and kidney beans.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat 
and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.  Yield:  4 to 6 servings.
