INGREDIENTS
* 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
* 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
* 1 tomato, chopped
* 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix refried beans, taco
seasoning mix and tomato. Allow the mixture to simmer approximately 20 minutes,
stirring occasionally.
2. Spoon the mixture into a medium serving bowl. Top with Cheddar
cheese and serve warm.
