Low-Fat Turkey Burgers
 
1 to 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup grated onion
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 egg beaten or 2 egg whites
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or cooking spray
        1. Combine first nine ingredients in large bowl; mix well. 
        2. Shape mixture into ten patties. 
        3. Heat oil (or cooking spray) in large skillet. Cook patties over 
medium-high heat until browned, about 10 to 12 minutes per side. 
Makes 10 burgers.
Note: You can grill patties over medium-hot heat for 12 to 14 minutes per side 
also.
