correct me if i'm wrong, but my ignorant assumption is that the processors are not x86, therefore you'd need to recompile the renderers for XSI and Maya, and considering XSI's not so good linux support I doubt they would even consider helping you. The processors are not x86, correct? Core processors are more like PPC, no?
