Newer BIOS end EC don't seem to work. The "ACPI Exception: AE_BAD_ADDRESS" has shown up on various systems for a while. It's reportedly harmless. Brightness is finally working on most or all. Thermal should show up in hw.acpi and dev.cpu. I don't have any experience on S series systems, only X and T, but I suspect the ACPI is similar. -- Kevin Oberman, Network Engineer, Retired E-mail: rkober...@gmail.com PGP Fingerprint: D03FB98AFA78E3B78C1694B318AB39EF1B055683 _______________________________________________ freebsd-acpi@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-acpi To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-acpi-unsubscr...@freebsd.org"
