I discovered this while attempting to install stable/13-n252407-f42139db639 on a Dell Inspiron 5755. All attempts to get the trackpad to function fail. This is how I discovered the "psm0: unable to allocate IRQ" message in dmesg(8). Linux and Windows both function properly. Linux discovers and installs the necessary support for the trackpad (synaptics?). Is there anything that I can provide to further assist in tracking down and resolving this issue?
