kgdb inspect proc, threads

10.3-RELEASE-p7, our jailed process named `udpd` hangs in STOP state.
According to top it uses 100% CPU:
  PID USERNAME    THR PRI NICE   SIZE    RES STATE   C   TIME    WCPU COMMAND
25041  10001        2  20    0 30061M 21536M STOP   26 2783.5 100.00% udpd

CPU id 26 is 100% system time.
gdb/lldb/truss cant attach to process.

Process has two threads^

Collected some info about threand and proc via kgdb.
