with this KVA_PAGES it is worked.
Ok, that supports the hypothesis that with 512 KVA pages, or 2 GB of
kernel virtual address space, that a 32-bit integer overflow is
occurring in the kmem map sizing. I'll try to take a look at this over
the weekend.
