>Description:
Fetchmail needs to write to a file to keep track of UIDL information for pop3.
In system wide installs, this value is not set, leading to failure to record
UIDL information.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install fetchmail system wide, polling a pop3 host without mta line in
fetchmailrc. Local mta/smtp delivery
>Fix:
add --idfile ${fetchmail_fetchid_file} to fetchmail rc script, where
${fetchmail_fetchid_file} is a fetchmail writable directory
